Earlier this week my co-presenter at an LSE-hosted AGCAS training event mentioned 1-9-90. I’d heard it before, used it before I think (!) but have never followed it up. I was wondering what it was based on or if it was a net myth… so thanks to Kezia’s prompt I’ve taken a quick look.
It seems to stem from a Nielsen Alertbox based on some work in the 90s of a former colleague. While looking I found some more recent numbers from a Forrester report that I’d not seen before which suggest things might be changing. Another blog to follow and I quite like their term social technologies… might use that. Web2.0!!
